MAXIMUM POINTS FOR INSPECTION 100
HEIFERS - 2 POINTS FOR EVERY 50 kg OVER 4,000 kg in 305 days
COWS - 2 POINTS FOR EVERY 50 kg OVER 4,500 kg in 305 days
CONDITIONS: Records to be certified by the Secretary of the Scottish Milk Records Committee and Certificate (not Record Book) produced at time of entry. Animals exhibited must have been in possession of Exhibitor three months prior to Show. Winner will be awarded a cup presented by Mr J Young, West Spittal to be won three times in succession or four times in all with different animals
CLASS PRIZE
8. BEST ANIMAL OF AYRSHIRE BREED, CONFINED TO STEWARTON & DUNLOP
AND ADJACENT PARISHES. The winner will be awarded the LOCHRIDGEHILLS CUP
presented by the late Mr J Stanley Shuttleton to be competed for annually.
9. BEST ANIMAL OF AYRSHIRE BREED, BRED AND REARED BY EXHIBITOR.
The Winner to be awarded the ANNICK LODGE CUP represented
by Mr J S Shuttleton, to be won four times not necessarily in succession
10. BEST CALF UNDER SIX MONTHS £6, £4, £2
11. BEST ANIMAL OF AYRSHIRE BREED, MALE OR FEMALE. The Champion
will be awarded the WEST CARSWELL TROPHY presented by
the late Mr A Whiteford to be won four times not necessarily in succession
CHAMPION ANIMAL WILL GO FORWARD TO DAIRY CHAMPION

DONALD CUP
Will be awarded to the exhibitor scoring the greatest number of points in the Ayrshire section, points will be allocated as follows:
1st - 3 points, 2nd - 2 points, 3rd - 1 point
Only points awarded in paid entry money classes will count, points will not be awarded in Confined classes.
